Hello, I am trying to add funds to my account to fix the outstanding balance issues because some chargebacks I got now cause of the massive delay of deliveries from SA are getting lately but I'm getting a message saying that I have to verify my business address. My business is an online shop, I don't own a physical address and I wrote this several times to Paypal but for months there are no agents available to answer emails or messages ever. I really would like to be able to add funds and keep receiving payments... Can someone please tell me, how can I get in contact with an agent to help me solve this problem?
