So my account was limited because of a dispute I made in december when I was scammed by someone for 5$
I couldn't chargeback because on f&F you can't chargeback instantly from paypal
I send as f&F since thats the way most people on forums sell stuff since that way you can't just pay and after they give u what u bought you chargeback
if paypal doesn't want us to use f&F for ppl who arent friends or family than they need too either create a way of sending so neither the sender or receiver
can get scammed or just make it so u can fkin make a dispute on f&F payments on the fact that you got scammed.
