Dear all , my account was recently permanently limited for no known cause. I called in to ask for a reason but they said they could not disclose it. Now thats fine however I was in the midst of purchasing 2 laptops for personal use. Because of this limitation only 1 laptop came and the other 1 was stucked as the merchant is claiming that i have a credit issue. I checked my bank the amount has already been deducted and its on holding balance. Now i am out of cash and only 1 out of 2 of my laptops arrive. I contacted the merchant they said they tried to charge it but failed most probably because of the limitation. How can i resolve this? I cant be waiting for 180days hoping for the laptop to be dispatched then.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment. If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
