Account limited for months

My account has been limited since the beginning of April and I already sent all documents that were asked of me. I don’t know if it’s a bug in the system, but it states that the documents are still being verified. Has this happened to someone else and how did you fix it?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thanks for your fast reply. Due to the corona crisis, their customer service's been closed. On Facebook it's only automated replies. I'm going to try it on Twitter.
