My account has been limited despite sending ID.They are asking for reciepts from supplier but i do not have this as i sell on depop which are used clothes.Its getting ridiculous as now customers can not buy from me because of this limited account
In general, if you can't complete all the steps in your Resolution Centre, you can draft a document where you explain why you can't provide the requested information, and upload it to your Resolution Centre! Once all the steps have been completed, the matter will be reviewed by the relevant team.
