Account limited even when i updated my info

Hi Community/paypal staff members,

 

Since begin december my account is limited i immediately updated my info but my account is still limited. the chat support didnt help me they just closed the chat and wont give me the right answer why my account is still limited is there an staff member or someone in the community who can help me?

 

i really want to use my paypal account again all my subscriptions are canceleddue this problem

 

Please help me

Whether the account is unlimited again would depend on what documentation you supplied and if paypal was happy with it.
