Hello everyone I’ve just sold a guitar thru reverb.com and my PayPal is impacted asking me for the receipt of the guitar , I don’t have it anymore, I have no proof of purchase for the item , I bought more than 6 months ago too , how can I resolve this ? Regards, Hamad

For the step which requires you to provide a proof of purchase, please upload a word document stating that this is a used item, and you no longer have the receipt.
