I have found my old paypal account and i still had some funds in there
but i noticed it was limited, i checked why and it said
"Your account is linked to another account that has outstanding issues. If you have an eBay account or a second PayPal account, log in to that account and resolve any issues."
I tried to log into that account but whenever i typed in the details paypal just said "There was an error on our side. Try again."
so i am unable to check what are the issues with the other account that i didnt even knew i had.
I did have the eBay account with that email, but i just checked and that account has been abondoned for years with 0 transactions
Any ideas what could i do ?
Whenever i contact paypal; they say that due to Covid-19 there is limited staff, and they close the conversation.
