Account limited because dispute

Hey paypal community, I’ve been a customer and user of paypal for a long time. I opened a single dispute because I got scammed but the company I was disputing was just the middleman between the scam pretty much and I realized taking my money back from them wouldn’t change the fact that the scammer had already picked up whatever I paid for in person so I was hurting no one but the company. In the paypal email they said “We've limited your account because of the excessive number of claims you're involved in.” that was the only claim I ever made and also they said “We recently emailed you about this issue. Our records now show that since emailing you, you've continued to be involved in an excessive number of claims. This is considered abuse of our Buyer Complaint process and violates the PayPal User Agreement.” I can confirm I never got this email and never opened a dispute before this. I have a standard pp account not business.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR press '0' OR just say the word 'Agent' repeatedly.
