I recently sold a 25 year old basketball card to a collector for a decent sum of money. Paypal limited my account and asked for a photo ID, information on the transaction, proof of fulfillment, and a purchase receipt from my supplier(from the past 6 months) before they can remove my account limitation so I can withdraw the money.
How am I supposed to provide that (or what else am I supposed to provide) for a 25 year old card?
