Account limited and no resolution yet

How long does it usually take for the account limitation to be resolved. I submitted all they asked for and they approved my ID but haven't approved my proof of address which was a screen shot of my bank statement that has my name and address. This has happened to me before and I don't understand why.

That would depend on how busy customer services is and when they get around to your turn in the queue.

I would allow a few weeks but you could check for an update?
