Account limited and completely BLOCKED!

PayPal just send me a message today saying that my account has been blocked and can not be used anymore with no explanation, just saying refer to the terms and conditions.... so how am I supposed to know which one of the thousand terms and conditions I have been accused of breaking. The worst is there is NO ONE to contact to resolve the stupid issue. If I don't get it resolved then I will lose my business as my suppliers ONLY uses this STUPID PayPal.
PayPal makes me sick!

If its a permanent ban then it would make no difference to know or not know as they sadly no longer want your business.
They don't give you a reason, they just refer you to their TOS and if they used the word permanent then they don't change their mind.
Advice is voluntary.
