So I had purchased something from eBay but then cancelled it. My bank account was debited for the full amount, and the seller has sent me a refund. As soon as the refund came to my PayPal account, my account was limited! I just want to put my money back into my bank account and not have to wait for PayPal to verify the documents I sent to them.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
