Account limited. Required documents provided. Customer service not answering

My account was limited and verification process has started.

I have ALREADY provided all the required information (government issued documents translated to english and notary verified). 

But still due to covid19 situation no-one is answering. Only auto reply.

I need to make an urgent payment.

I need my account URGENTLY.

I have already waited since March.
