Account limitations

PayPal have placed a limitation over my account even though the customer has received a refund for item. I feel this is unfair as buyer has since contacted their bank To say they have refund received and the case should be closed. This has meant PayPal has decided to place limitations but also to decide to close my account which is in the process of happening. Also adding To this I have large sum of money which I need to refund to a customer

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
