Account limitations

Hi all we have been trying to lift out account limitations for the last few weeks. We have tried all avenues to contact the customer support but always get cut off. We have messaged paypal and the agents just close our enquiry without resolving it. How does a person get hold of anyone in this company. We need our funds back home and we cannot resolve anything like this. Can anyone let me know if there is any other ways to contact paypal and get some service! This is really killing our business as we need our funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
