Account limitations

Recently PayPal had closed my account and I had a balance left on the account. I was told that I would get an email in 180 days with information on how to transfer the money into my bank account. It’s been 180 days and I never got an email so I called customer service and they told me that they would appeal it and allow me to withdraw the money in 10 days. Today is the tenth day and I really need the money and I don’t know what else to do

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
