Account limitations

I recently had my account on a limitation. They’ve asked for proof of my address and I added a document of a bank statement supporting my address, however they’ve replied back saying that it isn’t enough info. The issue here is I don’t have any other bill that’s paid under my name. So how am I supposed to provide more information?!? Or more proof of information for my address??? The bills accepted are all paid by the household head. What should I do now?

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

I used a bank statement for last month.. how much more recent do you need??
