I recieved an email saying one of my payment is kept on hold because there are some limitations in my account. I was said to go to resolution center. But when I visited resolution center, there was nothing there and it displayed '0 open cases'. What should I do now, my payment is on hold? How will I recieve that money?

Is the payment showing in your paypal balance but on hold or are you relying on a possible spoof email?
