Account limitations

Hi, I have this account limitations issue and it seems not having any answer from the help center as they change everytime and no one is following on my issue i did everything as they said but still i didn't receive and confirmation transactions and no one helping me and why i have limitations on my own bank account and my credit card i am frustrated since 2 months almost and they keep playing in words with me but there's no one doing actually something to solve this issue.
