Account limitations

Hi guys, Got an email two weeks ago that PayPal requires information from me in order to avoid limitations being placed on my account. I submitted it but yet it remains. I got another email that says that if I do not submit the documents by 27 november my account will be limited. I tried to call no answer due to covid. Reach out on both Twitter and Facebook( Facebook actually silenced my messages) and the Twitter person also not responding. Just wondering how a multi million dollar company’s customer service can be so poor. Does anyone have a way to get in touch with a human at PayPal that can get this sorted as soon as possible. If this does not get sorted I am closing my account and moving up transferwise. Also no idea how their people can’t work from home. Al our services providers work from home. Do why can’t they.
