I’m having a problem completing the requests they are asking me to complete in the resulolution center cause they are asking me to verify cards that are no longer active. They want to be able to put some hidden code in the tranavion number but it’s impossible to debit a inactive card. Plus there asking me to explain a transaction that doesn’t exit. I get this had bee going on for months and it’s a lot of money can someone help me
