Me thinks paypal glitched hard today. I tried to send some money, it failed, and said my account is limited. Now it wants me to upload all the random documents. I actually uploaded my driver's license and now I'm afraid site was hacked and someone has my drivers license.
Try calling them, with expedited code, it then says "your wait time is approximately 3.5 hours to 4 hours, transferring you now." Then when transferred, they hang up.
Pretty bad bug, will probably lose customers over this (including me lol). Can't imagine the problems ebay is currently having.
