How Community , my account was limited in August & PayPal emailed today saying my submission was not successful as I need to attach a proof of residency which has the same name as my account ,I had submitted a water utility bill of my parents residence were I stay ..I have now got a bank statement with my name & address to match ,just the way PayPal want it but I can not submit it since my PayPal portal is stuck on "COMPLETE" there is no space for submission ..My question is how can I submit my documentation to PayPal under such circumstances?
