A friend of mine wanted to send me money so I could get myself a new laptop but he mistakenly sent it as payment for goods and services instead of sending it normally. Now PayPal has placed limitations on my account AFTER I refunded my friends money and asked him to resend it the right way. I have been trying to contact PayPal for hours now because since the beginning of this month I have been pooling money together (cashing in on debts and depositing money to my PayPal balance) so I can be able to purchase my laptop. I finally have enough money to make the purchase but behold! PayPal won’t respond to my messages. Does anyone know what I can do? Their customer service line doesn’t even work.
