Account limitations

Hi

 

My account got notication about Account limitations, i have provided the info but over 1 month no response from paypal

How can i remove it limitation ?

I want my money out from there

You may have to wait a few days for a message back but to be honest i think your best bet is to wait until the phone option is back up and running and then speak directly to an agent to resolve your issue. Good luck.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Hello! I have the same problem too. What did you do to resolve it? After what they decided to lift your limitation? I have contacted them already 3-5 days ago, they said that specialist is working with my accaunt. But I do not see any results from their action. What can I do?

Me too. They put limitations on my account which is now effecting me doing business as i cant access any money or make payments. I filled all the supporting evidence right away but now stuck waiting for a response. Really poor considering there has been no cases opened against me.

They still havent. I completed all the verification they asked for within minutes of them asking for it. Im just sat waiting for them now to do something. Its annoying that they can act this way for as long as they like and just blame coronavirus. Its just not good enough. Dont limit peoples accounts that their businesses rely on and not have anyone available to lift the limitations! 

 

I cant pay no one, i have been threatened with website closure now because they cant authorise my payment. I cant even make people aware of a timescale of when i could be back to normal. One real good way to destroy a business. Seems like many are in the same position.
