Account limitations

Hi! I mistakenly registered my PayPal account in Japan and linked my card which is issued in the Philippines. My account is temporarily limited. Since I just recently moved to Japan, I just got my spouse visa last january and uploaded the documents necessary to verify my name and address since I don't have utility bills yet. But now, PayPal is asking me to upload a bank statement of the card I linked that matches the name and address on my account but that will not match since it's issued in Philippines. 😞 What can I do about this?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
