I’ve sold some items online and had an account limitation I filled in all of the required steps to remove the limitation but it’s showing as “ Submitted for review “ I couldn’t fill in one of the steps that required providing conformation where I’ve got the items from I managed to get in touch with PayPal limitations team and been told it’s fine and they will leave a note for it and I shouldn’t do anything further.
Its been quite some time but nothing has fully submitted yet. It’s nearly impossible to get to PayPal limitation team I’ve been on the phone for more than six hours I had a scheduled callbacks and was assured that would be called back and I never was
I submitted a document explaining that I spoke on the phone with PayPal regarding this to make sure all of the steps and the limitation would be complete but nothing.
