Account limitations.

Hi,

 

My paypal account has limitations, and I can't make any withdrawal. I ve reached 2500 Euro receiving limit a month ago.

Around 4 weeks ago I gave them all required information about me and my company. I have completed all the tasks they asked me for.

Since almost 4 weeks I got a notification on my paypal account: "we need more information to resolve a problem with your account". After I click it I see: "a limitation has been placed on your account". Than I click "resolve" and what do I see? This: "Thank you for providing the required information, We'll get back to you within a few working days."

 

What does within a few working days mean? For me its a range from 2 to 5 days. But 4 weeks?

They didn't even tell me what additional information do they need. Paypal just locked my account, and placed limitations with no explanations.

They just locked my account with no reasons.

 

What do You think?

 

I did sent them my questions, but still waiting.
