My account was limited and I was asked to upload some information as per the procedure which I did, but it’s asking me to confirm my identity by receiving a text message, which is fine but I don’t own the number on my account anymore, I added my new number and set it to primary but it won’t let me chose this number to send the text to. I’ve tried contacting PayPal and as usual no reply, the live chat told me it’s a problem with my account that they can’t rectify for some unknown reason. So now I’ve had to issue refunds to 4 people for items I’ve sold on eBay so they basically got free stuff. I have no idea what to do now and just wish eBay would let you use bank transfer so every one could ditch PayPal, it’s a broken mess
