Why paypal is so slow my customer received the shipment and he confirmed to paypal but still pay pal is not giving my money I submitted my passport and id both but still my account is limited and i cant withdraw my money.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
