Account limitations

Hi

 

I have a problem with the limitation of my account for months now. Although when clicking on resolve the problem this message shows up: You are all set, your account is back to normal. However, the account is not back to normal. It is still limited. 

 

What is the problem?

2. You would need to contact customer services about account limitations.
