I have resolved all the issues to get my account restored except the last thing that says to check my email for further information. It looks like they want me to upload something, but it doesn't tell me what and I have never received any information to my email despite asking them for it several times. They just respond with a basic automated reply and then say if it doesn't answer my questions to reply to that which I have done.
Does anyone know what information I am supposed to fax or upload to them.
