My account is not working. It shows you can no longer use of paypal. Can I fix it? Please help.

Contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

@sharpiemarker i face a limitation problem since yesterday. paypal restored my account on march 14th, after filling in all the documents they asked me for. then yesterday decided to limit me again out of the blue. is this a bug? i really consider calling them but do you know if the service runs on weekends? please reply to me i'm just desperate
