Account limitations

My accounts been limited due to funds being put into my account now I have to verify my passport and address although I cannot get the pictures to be smaller than 2mb this seems pretty poor to myself?

What format are you trying to upload? Sounds like you must have scanned the documents but the result is a very large file size.

Whatever you're using to edit the images should allow you to save in a compressed format to save space. Those docs shouldn't be any more than 100kb or so for high quality version.

You could probably find online compressors / converters. For example, convert to PDF should make it quite a bit smaller.

One way or another, get it less than 2MB and upload what they're asking for. Then they'll open you back up.
