I was asked to confirm a few information about me in order for the limitations to be lifted from my account.I went ahead and uploaded all the documents butI got an email asking me to submit a proof if address once again. I tried to upload it on PayPal but I couldn't do it since the list was already ticked from the previous info I uploaded. Is there another way I can submit the documents? I can't get an answer from paypal no matter how hard I try.
