Account limitations and Resolution Centre doesn't work

Hello,
I am unable to resolve my account limitations.
1. I first went to the Resolution Centre and clicked on account limitation:
2. It took me to this page. Firstly the information on here is wrong, I haven't received that amount of payment on this account. I clicked on Resolve:
3. It took me to this page and I clicked get started:
4. It automatically comes to this page. It did not let me input the information and does not let me edit it either. It gives this message:
Despite doing this, resolution centre still shows the same message and there are still account limitations. Please help me resolve this issue.

welcome to my problem as well. its been 6 months and they still refuse to lift the limitation on my account. i even tried to delete my account and now they are holding all my personal information captive refusing to let me delete my account. When i ask why is it taking so long i always get this reply "Thank you for the reply. I understand your concern with the limitation and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. For better assistance with your issue, I have escalated it to a specialist and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated as messages are worked in the order they are received. Thank you! -Manu" and then no replies will come for weeks even months.
