Dear Community, It have been very crucial for my business to strive without paypal options for my clients, I have tries to do every possible thing to remove limitatioms but none of these had been working out positive for me. Please help how to resolve limitations!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
