Account limitations - Setup by employee, for employer

Hi all,
I used my personal name to setup this account for my Employer, with my Date of Birth.
Personally, I also have a verified account.

Now, when I was doing the verification, I keyed in my date of birth, and viola, both the Employer and my Personal account is limited (as the date of birth is the same)

I have tried emailing to the centre for several times, but did not receive any response. 
Is there other methods that I could resolve this issue?

You are allowed 2 paypal accounts as long as x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

 

Other than that...

 

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
