Been using Paypal for years, now this message suddenly pops up everytime I wish to make a transaction using paypal.
"You have an account alert
Before you can complete any transactions, you need to verify that you're the account holder. Please visit the identity confirmation dashboardto find out what information we need."
I then proceed to follow all of the steps required for identity confirmation and yet I still can't use paypal for anything.
