For the second time in three months my account has been limited. All i did was deposit money from freelancing at Upwork and buy some Ethereum. Paypal asked why did you do that and want to see my bank statement. Each time I have complied , but it took 5 to 7 days to fix it. Why does this keep happening and how can I get it to stop
