I am facing the account limitation when I go to solve it it's telling me to resolve a dispute in the resolution center. When I reach there it says my account is limited & the process can take 75 days, for account limitation time is only till 23 May.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
