PayPal closed my account for no reason and will not help me with getting it back up and going. I am not sure if this is some mistake as I assume it has to be. I have not been able to get help from them for months but I just remembered I could file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is effecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently.

They straight sent me an email that I can't use Paypal without any reason or explanation after I submitted my document so that they can unlimit my account usage. Customer service had no information to provide me with the specialist department decisions. I am very disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity to prove myself that I am a loyal account holder. And, I too, have been a paypal user on 99% of my purchases. I just feel like I'm at a dead end, but their help is really not helping concerning this matter.
