Account limitation,

Hello there

I was facing an issue linking a bank account, They requested ID and address proof, I did upload the documents

then they put a red flag on my account saying ''We need more information to resolve a problem with your account."

I still didn't get any reply from them and I can't transfer and receive money, without finding a way to contact them.

anyone can please let me know what to do and any help would be very much appreciated
