Account limitation


Account limitation

So I have received a week ago messege that ''We noticed some significant changes to your account activity. We require some information from you to understand this kind of account activity better.''. Next day I have sent all needed documentation and received answer from Paypal support that they review my documents and send email in 72 hours. Now it is 150 hours + since that and theres no email and limitations are still on and documents are under review. Is it normal and can I do something with it?

Can take a few weeks if they are busy to get around to your turn in the queue unfortunately.

Contact for an update maybe?
