Account limitation

Hey my account was limited and i submitted my documents like a week ago However, the case hasn't been solved yet and they haven't told me to upload more documents. I'm in dire need of funds. How long do I need to wait?

Yes me to, they don;t even have the decency to tell you "why" I have asked several times, with no response, Pay-Pal has become way to "big for its boots" and let hope the governments of the world pull them back in line!

If I was doing something wrong I would just "suck it up" but have been with them for 15 years! and never had a problem.

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
