Account limitation

I submitted my proof of ssn, photo Id and proof of address. They were accepted and competed EXCEPT my proof of address was submitted 2 months ago or more, and has not been resolved! I’ve tried emailing and calling and I need help to remove this limitation. Thanks!

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
