Hello I got email that my account was on limitation. I was told to resolve the problem by uploading some documents which I did. Few days later I got an email that my account has been blocked. I can’t withdraw or send money from my PayPal account but got a notification that my account will be hold for 180 days which is really suck for me. I need my money in the account so bad. Does anyone know if possible for me to withdraw my balance with my PayPal cash card??? Thanks
