Account limitation

My account has been limited for weeks. I have done everything I have been asked. I have all green ticks. PayPal says I haven't contacted them so my account has been limited further. Will someone please ring [removed, phone numbers not allowed]  to resolve this. PayPal customer service is pathetic. PayPal is impossible to communicate with. I am fed up.

My account had also been limited Nd I have 400.00 the only money I have to feed my kids I this account and I've given them everything they asked for . I am out ready to deal legal help in the matter

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
