I received an email this morning that my PayPal account had been limited. I have not used this PayPal account for multiple years, and the email address it came from is super long. I am wondering if it was a spam email? Then I went into my PayPal account and it says it is limited. I don't know why my account was limited, as I haven't used it in a long time.
